Watching the 2013 le Tour much? Me neither, however…

The initial stages of the Tour de France are usually a bit dull to me.   After 7 stages the first 30 riders are only separated by about 33 seconds.  That should change tomorrow (Saturday, July 6th) when Stage 8 gets underway in Pyrénées. Castres / Ax 3 Domaines is a 195km stage that offers two monster climbs at the end.   Guys to keep an eye on:

Alejandro Valverde

Alberto Contador

Andy Schleck

Tomorrow should be a good watch.  Check it out on NBC.

Chris started riding a bike again when he noticed the Preston Ridge Trail being constructed across the street from his house. Since then he co-founded Biking in Dallas, has gone through countless Craigslist bike projects (some better than others) and can be found pedaling around town on a Electra Ticino with a camera in tow.
