Do you know how long that sign has been there? I’m thinking at least 5 years.

I have been by there a zillion times and just now noticed it.

Is it going to be a real trail? Or just a marked bike route? I can’t picture any open space that would support a trail. fortunately, there are a lot of good side street routes to get there now.

Did you cover the bar on the Katy Trail yet? I have been hearing about that. I would gladly volunteer to go investigate it for you.

Sleepyhead, I am not sure exactly what they have planned there. I have a report on the Katy Ice House that will be published soon. It’s the new bar adjacent to the Katy Trail. I highly recommend you check it out at your earliest convenience and then you can compare your experience with mine :-) It’s a cool bar. Oh and the Katy Trail is a great ride, it can get very crowded on the weekends though. We were there Sunday morning and afternoon and it was pretty tame at that time. It’s the Central Expressway of bike trails to be sure.

    Chris!
