Most every local bike shop has weekly rides for beginners and seasoned pros alike.  Drop by our local bike shop page for links to the shop nearest you.  They often have all of their rides published on their websites.  If not, drop them an email and ask.

Finally, if you know of a casual riding event please do not be shy.  Let us know and we’ll put it up as soon as possible.  Thanks!

Chris started riding a bike again when he noticed the Preston Ridge Trail being constructed across the street from his house. Since then he co-founded Biking in Dallas, has gone through countless Craigslist bike projects (some better than others) and can be found pedaling around town on a Electra Ticino with a camera in tow.
