This bike was parked in the 1500 block of Main Street in downtown Big D today:
It’s an old Schwinn Typhoon. I’m fond of these bikes, and I like those longhorns. I’m always glad to see these older Schwinns out and about. They are always listed on craigslist, and they sell right away….but I just don’t see that many people riding them. I always wonder where they are.
I took this pic on my iphone, and sent it to our Gotham bike consultant and reporter-at-large, Mr. Welch, for his review.
