These guys are having a bicycle swap meet at the newish Dallas Bike Works location at Lawther Dr. and Northwest Highway right on the White Rock Creek bike trail across from the DART White Rock train station.  There is a very large parking lot behind there shop, so it sounds like a good place to have a swap meet. I saw their post about it on CL, then went to their site.
