Dallas is Cool…er

Happy Days are almost here again

I went for a ride late last night and it was 98 degrees, if not for the breeze I’m not sure I would have ever made it back.  Biking in Dallas has not been much fun lately but after two months of weather in the triple digits, the next two weeks look promising.  I hear we’ll see highs in the upper 80s next week, which is like a winter blast for those who live in the area.

Everyone in North Texas is syked about the break in scorching temperatures, even this young man who when asked how he felt about the lower temperatures he exclaimed,

“it’s beautiful, man…”

EVERYONE is excited about the cooler temps in North Texas

Speaking of Dallas…Bike Friendly Oak cliff is reminding people to remember October means Cyclesomatic, a week long extravaganza of cycling activities and events. Keep an eye on their site for updates.

Happy Trails!

Chris started riding a bike again when he noticed the Preston Ridge Trail being constructed across the street from his house. Since then he co-founded Biking in Dallas, has gone through countless Craigslist bike projects (some better than others) and can be found pedaling around town on a Electra Ticino with a camera in tow.
